Indu has voiced environmental and social issues through the medium of Bharatanatyam including a work for the Rally for Rivers campaign by Isha Foundation.

Solo production called Sarvaantarah based on Advaita Vedanta.

Indu is part of the team of three artistes called The Rasa Triangle. This is an art appreciation program series that showcases intimate audience performances to explore improvisation and also to educate the audiences about the nuances of the artform.

She has worked on the individual research thesis ‘Bhakti as a Rasa’. She has conducted seminars for small group of audiences on topics like Ashtanayikas, Rasa, Caris of Natyasastra etc"
